Total Power Project Management

EcoPowerSupplies provides a complete design and project management service. From your initial enquiry, we appoint a dedicated project manager. As your principle contact they are responsible for attending site meetings, arranging site projects surveys and assessing your project requirements specification including: efficiency, load(s) resilience, size, format, location, runtime, fuel sources and site characteristics.

Where electrical works are required, your project manager can arrange for a complete survey by one of our certified electrical engineers. This includes a review of your current building incomer, LV switchgear, electrical cabling and breaker discrimination.

Once our quotation is accepted we appoint a project manager who then become responsible for the entire works to be undertaken. This includes liaising with all the concerned parties: sub-contractors and suppliers, consultants, third-party engineers, site and facilities engineers, and IT, Sustainability and Energy Managers, and the generation of project documentation (both electronic and printed format).

The project manager is responsible for coordinating the generation of: O&M manuals, maintenance manuals, CAD drawings (electrical and layout), bills of materials, method statements and risk assessments, commissioning certificates, electrical work certificates and training schedules.

EcoPowerSupplies is a specialist in power protection, renewable power and energy management. Covering the UK and Eire, our power and energy projects team provides consultancy on a range of related topics.

Our teams are called upon to review existing systems for system upgrade or disposal, or just to help improve their operational efficiency and electrical performance. Our engineers can comment on or write specifications for client projects and their consultants, provide general design and arrangement drawings for new projects and present CPD seminars for consulting engineers and specifiers.
