Electrical Distribution Switchboards and Control Panels
Distribution switchboards and electrical control panels are an essential part of any critical power or eco power installation. At EcoPowerSupplies we provide a complete design, installation and maintenance service for control panels used within electrical and mechanical systems, industrial automation, renewable energy and building power management.
Our distribution switchboards and electrical control panel range includes High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) supplies are manufactured in Europe to the highest specifications and are designed to work alongside our large power management solutions including Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Voltage Stabilisers and Voltage Optimisers.
Building Control Panels
Our team of highly trained engineers can provide simple operator consoles to more complex BMS (Building Management System) controlled systems with multiple controllers. Our systems can be designed to accommodate any environmental, electrical, size, volume, resilience and efficiency specifications
Full witness testing and factory inspections are provided during the design and build process and our panels are designed with a 25 year service life as standard.
Typical installations include datacentres, industrial complexes, retail supermarkets, hotels, large office buildings, process control, utilities (electricity generators, gas suppliers and water treatment works) and off-shore facilities. Our services include design, installation, calibration and maintenance using our experienced team of certified electrical and mechanical engineers.
LV Switchboards and Switchgear
Our experience in the selection, design and manufacture of LV switchboards is extensive and means that we can offer a complete range of bespoke switchboards from standalone systems to PLC controlled packaged sub-stations. Our systems extend up to 6300A and are designed in accordance with BSEN 60439-1-1999 with our Busbar systems having full ASTA certification. Metalwork can be custom designed to include your energy metering requirements and powder coated to meet your colour matching requirements.
Bespoke Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
Our power distribution units are designed to manage and control the output from a standby power source whether it is an uninterruptible power supply, generator or emergency backup power system. We can design and manufacture bespoke PDUs for critical power loads within a range of applications including data centres, comms rooms, broadcasting studios, banks and dealing rooms to ensure a clean and stable electrical supply.
For additional resilience Static Transfer Switches (STS) can also be incorporated to provide an A and B supply. Isolation transformers can also be added to provide harmonic protection from upstream or downstream loads. Other LV switchgear options include hot-swappable MCBs and MCCBs, energy metering, power monitoring, cooling fans, maintenance bypasses, outlet terminations, industrial sockets, plinths (for raised floors), IP-ratings to suit any environmental conditions, connections for Building Management System communications and GSM model links for remote monitoring.
