UPS and Generator Hire

Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Standby Power Generators hired from EcoPowerSupplies are backed-up by a set of supporting services to ensure smooth connection to your critical loads. Our UPS hire and generator rental packages can be initiated as part of an emergency response to provide temporary electrical power for unplanned sites works or to meet a planned period of demand increase.

Hire and rental periods include short-term (1-2 weeks), medium-term (1-2 months) or long-term (3 months plus). Each installation is treated as a new project install. We will site power survey, provide a full quotation including any electrical works and ensure your system is installed and commissioned as part of the handover process to meet your timescales. At the end of the rental period, our UPS and generator engineers will decommission the sets and remove them from your site.

Our UPS and generators can be installed within suitable space within your building or as containerised sets alongside your datacenter. Where combined UPS and generator packages are provided, EcoPowerSupplies ensures that they are matched accordingly.

All electrical cabling can be supplied by EcoPowerSupplies and installed by our certified installations team. Support is provided on a 24-7 basis by our service team who can also provide remote monitoring facilities (SNMP and SMS) and dedicated alarm response scripts with fast response times (up to 2-4 clock hours) for each hire site.

Delivery is usually within 1-2 days from our UK hire stock. This hire stock covers most load applications up to 400kVA as standard, with larger UPS and generators available if required.
