Warranties and Guarantees

EcoPowerSupplies supports the warranty terms and conditions provided from its manufacturing suppliers for systems used within their operating specifications. UPS warranties can vary between manufacturers. Consumable items like batteries may be covered within the standard warranty on a like-for-like or pro-rate replacement basis. Outside warranty parts and labour are charged for. A maintenance contract is always recommended for critical applications and this can include both labour, parts and emergency response. UPS Manufacturer Warranties

• Borri and Power Control UPS: the UPS electronics, consumables and batteries are supplied with a 3 year warranty. Optional 5 year warranty cover available.
• Eaton UPS: the UPS electronics and consumables have a 2 year warranty, excluding batteries with optional extended warranty cover plans.
• Huawei UPS: the UPS electronics, consumables and batteries are supplied with a 2-3 year warranty dependent on source. Optional 5 year warranty cover available with HiCare and CoCare packages.
• Riello UPS: when supplied by an approved reseller (EcoPowerSupplies) the UPS have a 3 year warranty, excluding batteries. The battery warranty ranges from 1-3 years dependent upon whether the battery is a 5 year or 10 year design life and internal to the UPS or not. Optional 5 year warranty cover available.
• Other UPS brands: please check with EcoPowerSupplies on a brand-by-brand basis, if not stated clearly on the product page/specification tab.

Warranty Extensions

Warranties can be extended from 36 to 60 months (3 to 5 years) on application. This extended warranty period covers the UPS electronics and batteries and is offered for smaller UPS (<3kVA) not covered by a UPS maintenance plan.
